Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern use of the Atlas platform at atlas.we.fit, operated by WE.FIT GmbH ("WE.FIT"). Atlas is an internal business tool restricted to authorized WE.FIT staff with @we.fit Google Workspace accounts.

2. Access

Access is granted by WE.FIT management and requires authentication via Google OAuth with a @we.fit domain account. Access levels (admin, manager, coach) are assigned by administrators and determine which features and data are visible.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must:

Use Atlas only for legitimate WE.FIT business purposes.
Handle member and customer data in accordance with Swiss data protection law (nDSG) and applicable GDPR requirements.
Not share login credentials or allow unauthorized access.
Not export or copy member data for use outside of WE.FIT business operations.
Report any security concerns or data breaches immediately to management.

4. Google Workspace Integration

Administrators may connect Google Workspace accounts to enable email, calendar, and drive features. By connecting an account, the administrator authorizes Atlas to access and cache data from that Google account for business use. Connected accounts can be disconnected at any time, which removes all cached data.

5. AI Features

Atlas includes AI-powered features (chatbot, newsletter composition, customer summaries) provided by Anthropic's Claude. Queries and responses may include business data. AI-generated content should be reviewed before being sent to customers or used for business decisions.

6. Data Ownership

All data processed through Atlas belongs to WE.FIT GmbH. This includes synced data from third-party services (Wodify, Bexio, Shopify, Google Workspace), AI-generated content, and user-created content (newsletters, surveys, follow-up notes).

7. Limitation of Liability

Atlas is provided "as is" for internal business use. WE.FIT makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or accuracy of synced data. Financial reports and analytics are for internal planning purposes and do not constitute professional financial advice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Wädenswil, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
